As soon as you possibly can as spaces may become limited especially during busy periods of the year.
1 One of our staff members meet you at the Airport where your vehicle is booked in and inspected before your vehicle is taken back to be stored by one of the team.
2 Your vehicle is then taken to our holding compound which is within 2 miles of Stansted airport where the vehicle is inspected a second time for damage that may have been missed on the first inspection due to bad light, rain, or generally as standard working practice on our booking in procedure.
3 When you have gone through customs to collect your luggage, you will need to call us to confirm you are back and we will meet you at the designated vehicle delivery spot for your collection.
Parking can be booked up until 2 hours before your departure time. If parking is needed at a prior notice time you will have to call our offices directly to check for availability.
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to Booking date. You will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £15.00

Yes, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, and MAESTRO securely other methods of payment are available please ask us.
We take any complaint seriously as we are a family run business and aim to please every customer and we do our best to deal with them. We ask you to make a statement in writing within seven days of your return to the UK. We will not accept any complaints outside this period. All relevant documents and receipts must be forwarded with your complaint.

Don’t worry its not your fault if your flight is delayed, we are here to help and we cater to your needs,
Just inform us as soon as you are aware of any delays and we will still ensure your vehicle is ready for yourself upon your arrival, we will not charge for delays unless it is more then a 24 hour period

As per section 4 you can cancel your booking within 24 hours prior to your flying out date. You will receive a full refund short from a £15 administration charge. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or call one of our staff members if you are still seeking more information.
